Our approach is simple, we want to have fun and make an impact on team performance. Unframed does this by integrating behavioural insights into our Escape Room experiences. Their team of behavioral analysts have a strong background in psychometric assessments, behavioural analytics and team development. Observing teams in a fun and informal setting is perfect for identifying typical behaviour that can be observed in the workplace. Some behaviours strengthen teamwork, whereas other behaviours may hinder performance.
